Alex entered with the principal to his new office. It was the office of the Department of Athletic and Discipline. This department has two rooms, one room for the Head of the Department and another room for other professors and teachers. Currently, he was standing in the other teacher's room with the Principal where others were standing there to greet him.
"Okay, let me introduce everyone to you. At first, you already have met these three people, he is Prof. Hugo Maxwell, She is Prof. Marie Webb and He is Prof. Luke Wright."

Hugo Maxwell didn't say anything but nodded. Marie Webb said,
"Please, guide us from now on. Professor Alexender."
On the other hand, Luke Wright forwards his hand for a handshake. Alex took his hand. After that, he was introduced to other teachers in his department. They are Associate Professor Lionello Pugliesi (Duke Level 10), Associate Professor Molly Godfray (Duke Level 10), Assistant Professor Isaac Burns (Duke Level 9), Senior Lecturer Amir Eisa (Duke Level 7), Senior Lecturer Declan Camden (Duke Level 6), Senior Lecturer Shannon Grant (Duke Level 6), and Lecturer Gracie Raynold (Duke Level 3).
That means including Alex there are 11 members in this department. And they are almost everyone, high-rank teachers, here. In the other departments, there is one Head of Department, one second in command professor, one associate professor, one assistant professor, and others are lecturers. The principal said,
"This department members were former members of other departments who were later chosen as members of this department."
Alex nodded. Principal continued,
"In the end, this department is mainly a combat class unit. Not necessarily we need to go to theoretical class. All of them here only does manage the practical combat class, athletic curriculum, and discipline. This also means you guys will control the discipline of this academy, judge them if necessary, and maintain and make the rules."
"I see. Well, everyone here is experienced. So, I hope everyone will help me to maintain this aspect."
This academy will teach Alex how to run an organization, he understood that as soon as he entered this academy.
Everyone replied with positive answers.
"Now, that room is your chamber. Let's go there."
Principle Rina Sen said. Alex followed her. This room was modest. He saw rewards hanging here and there. He also saw a few quotes written in the frames. A good quality chair and a good quality table were decorated there. There is a huge almirah on one side of the room. Also, a cabinet was on the wall behind the desk and chair.
"This is your room. As long as you don't give permission no one is allowed to enter the room except me and Board Directors. Remember, everyone here who is Department Head is one kind of Director. I am both a Principal and a Vice-Board Director. By the way, my elder brother, Ashok Sen is the chairman of this academy."
Rani Sen explained.
"I understood. I like this room."
Alex smiled at her. Rani Sen also smiled at him and said,
"Okay, I have to go now. For now, you study about this department more. Take your time but not too long, after all, the national tournament is ahead of our nose, and we have to prepare for it more than anyone because we are the hosting academy city this time."
The Principal said.
"Alright, leave it to me. But don't rely on me too much because I am an inexperienced person."
Alex also warned her about his inexperienced brain for this kind of thing.
"Don't worry, for now, all you need to show is your strength. We need your power most which are equivalent to the crown realm."
Rani Sen said. She didn't have intentions of making him the department head at first, she needed someone good enough to control the student with his strength. She wanted to give that position to Hugo Maxwell or someone from other departments. However, when he showed his power and aptitude at an early age, she convinced herself to make him Department Head. She wants him to have a good position here because in the future he will help them if they make a good impression on him.
After a few conversations, she exited the Department. He called Hugo Maxwell and the other two professors. Except for Hugo Maxwell who has no expression other two were smiling amicably.
"I want to report on every student who is participating this year."
Alex told them.
"Yes, 5 minutes."
Hugo Maxwell asked for time. Alex nodded.
Five minutes later, they hand him the file of this year's participant. There were bio data on them. Name, family, class, roll number, rank, department, instructor, skill, magic, etc was written there.
"I want more updates on these students. Those will be their behavior, past records, discipline records, what kind of relationship they have with other students, who are their friends, what they eat when they train, and who are they trained with. I want all the list included here."
Hearing him, all of the professors looked at each other with a confused faces. Hugo Maxwell said,
"It will be hard but we will gather this information for you."
Alex nodded with a smile. Even Alex doesn't know why Helena wants all of this information.
