Chapter 24 - Chapter 24 - The Master

"So the club that we saw before is just a front?" Alison asked him.

"Yes, its just the front, here is the main club!" Gong-Li said.

"Why?"

"Nothing, that's for authority reason,"

"Authority reason?"

"Yes, if the authority will check it, they will see nothing but a small club," Gong-Li said.

"Is there an illegal that happening here?' Mabel asked.

"No, but the Octagon has their own rule, and no one can break it even the government " Gong-Li said. "So why don't you want the authorities to know that there is a secret club here? " Mabel asked.

Alison suddenly answered.

"What are you Mabel, it's a secret, and we'll find out why it became a secret when we became a member, right Gong-Li?" said Alison.

"That's right," Gong-Li replied.

"Okay, but what if they forced you to get in here?" Mabel asked curiously,

"Whatever they do, they can't enter here,"

"What if, they used bomb or something?"

"Even if they bomb it, they will discover nothing," Gong-Li said.

"What if I am police officer? You made me sauntered here? If I failed the test, I tell the police?" Mabel asked as she chuckled. "Even so, you can tell them, but no one will believe you, as I told you, even if they go here, they can never enter here, they will discover nothing but the dainty club," Gong-Li assured.

"But even it's a dainty club, its really looks so mysterious!" Mabel said.

"Yeah, that's true, but they will know nothing whatever they do,"

"So small in the outside, but it's a monster when it comes inside!" Alison said in astonishment.

"Yeah, its so amazing!" I said excitedly.

"We don't seem to be in our own country, does the Government know that there is this kind of club?" Mabel asked.

"This is not covered by the Government, because this is a secret club, and no one can abide by the rules of the Octagon, since 14th century it has its own. Octagon Kizoku is untouchable! But higher officials in every country know that there is a Octagon Kizoku that exists in the world," He said. "What?" We couldn't believe what we heard ..

"Octagon groups are secretly helps the economy wherever it has branches," Gong-li said. "Where do they get the money?" Mabel asked.

"Mabel, you asked a lot of question, Gong-Li said that when we become members we will also know that, just wait okay," said Alison to Mabel.

Gong-Li left and told us to just wait, and later the stewards came and gave us a drink. We looked around and it was like we were dreaming.

"What will happen when we become members here?" Alison asked curiously.

"Hmm, maybe there's a fee if you become a member?" Mabel thought.

"What are you thinking Mabel, this is free of charge. And very few are chosen here! Didn't Gong-li say that we will the one to earn here? I am already excited. But how can we earn?" Alison said interestingly.

"Well, I really thank you Alison because you took me here, you are a real friend!" Mabel said to her.

"Well, Gong-li wanted to recruit me first, I didn't force him unlike the others out there!" Alison said as she gave me a strange look.

I just sat there and I just ignored what she said. I rolled my eyes around and marveled at the beauty of the hall. "Who is the master that Gong-li is saying, what can he tell us? It makes me nervous." Mabel said nervously.

While Mabel and Alison were talking, I kept looking around, I'm trying my luck to see Jung-moon, but I can't see him, but I'm thinking to myself, its impossible to see him in this kind of place.

Moments later, Gong-li is back.

"Follow me!" He said seriously.

We stood up and followed him.

We came out of the hall. We walk down the hallway and turn right and take the elevator, and it stops when we don't know what floor it is.

The floor was completely carpeted, we entered a expansive room. A good looking remote stewards welcomed us and took us to a Japanese table called Kotatsu. We were told to wait up. We sat in a square pad situate. "Our master will be here before long," Gong-li expressed with a profound grin on his face. I can't explain my feelings as we sat down. "This is cool!" Mabel exclaimed. "Is this like a job interview or something?" Alison scoffed.

A short time later, an exquisite and respectable good looking man arrived, who was in his early 40's and was wearing conventional Korean clothing. His face was genuine and gutsy. We felt strange when we saw him ....
