Vice versa, if he had a rank six item, and if he wanted a lower leveled item, he could only go as far as rank five to exchange it, which he would get a certain quantity of.
It dashed his plans of getting a rank nine weapon for countless numbers of stones, but well, you can't get everything. Maybe he will be able to do it someday.
Clarence went back to sleep after thinking about random topics a bit more.
