Chapter 28 - Investigation (II)
Not long, a portal suddenly appeared in the sky above a particular city with Ljourne stepping out of it with a smile in his face.
"I have finally arrived in the desolate and backwater World of Mortals. Hahaha." He murmured to himself and laughed as he looked around at the massive beautiful city far beneath him using his powerful telescopic vision.
After looking around for sometime, Ljourne nodded his head and slowly descended to the earth far beneath him, not even minding the countless tremendously shocked and fearful eyes that were looking at him from every angle or direction.
Then with a friendly and accommodating smile emerging from his lips, he began to walk towards a rather majestic-looking inn that had its large and gem-embellished doors wide open for people of outstanding positions or ranks to come in and rent rooms to stay for the night or far as long as they desire.
