Time of incident: 20th of June.
Details of incident: When the incident start a large concealment barrier was casted over the Venar street. The people inside the barrier were all trapped inside a modified illusion space, corrupting them slowly. A crack to another dimension was the source of the corruption and inside was a rank 4 monstrosity. 2 rank 4 were also present at the site.
Before the incident a request for assistance was asked by a team of 3. After confirming the situation a team of rank 4 and one rank 3 was called to resolve it.
Aftermaths: A total of 63 civilians were killed. The rest were saved on time and had their memories wiped. 5 people managed to leave the illusion space by themselves. 4 agreed to join.
Tasks: The Venar street (formally known as Lunar street) used to be a testing site for anomaly. The site was destroyed after the neutralization of anomaly 2-16 and 3-88. However some after effects still remained. The Protectors will evacuate the entire street. The Dreamers organization has expressed their opinions to change the street back to a testing site. The request were approved.
A pseudo anomaly was found by the rank 3 Sage of Light inside the barrier. Request to destroy the anomaly was granted.
This was an incident planned by an unregistered organization. The purpose of this incident is believed to be creating artificial anomaly. Council member 06 will personally take care of this organization.
