After having finished perfecting his jutsu he went to the hokage tower upon arrival he would ignore the secretary as he always did, upon entering the hokage room he would see that again there was purple hair only this time with a black hair of red eyes and another purple hair only this one had it short.
He saw that they were looking at him so he saw the hokage and told him.

Naruto: man how can I get a summoning contract.
Hiruzen hearing that would be quite surprised since that is not something that many ninjas have and Naruto knowing about it amazed him a bit but well who was he not to tell him.
Hiruzen: Well, Naruto, summoning contracts can be obtained in three ways:
The first and easiest is for the previous owner of a contract to let you sign the one he has.

And the last one is doing the summoning jutsu without having signed any contract, although this is very dangerous since you can end up with a summon that hates humans and they kill you together or there are other summons that put you to a test and if you don't pass it they don't give you the contract.
