"Did you have a day off or did you take leave?" Ashley asked as she pulled her plate of lasagna to her and grabbed her spoon to eat it. Sherin got startled at the question and frowned at that. "Why would you ask that?" Sherin asked all of a sudden. "I took your mobile instead of mine to the washroom by mistake and I got a call from your assistant saying that you can take an extra day leave if you want because you rarely took those and you surprisingly took one today " Ashley said, her tone completely blank giving nothing away.
Sherin frowned at the way she was talking. "What's with you and your tone?" Sherin asked as she kept the empty coke cup on the table and folded her hands towards her chest looking at Ashley seriously. She was all okay a few minutes ago and her sudden change in behaviour is bothering her.
