"So? What's next? You going to finally untie me or?" Valentina was unimpressed by the light show Acie just put on.
"Oh right." Acie snapped his fingers.
Everyone started screaming and congratulating Valentina. Valentina was surprised by the crowd's loud cheer. Acie was gone without a trace. Uriel was still there, the only thing new in the sand pit was a broken clock. The same clock Acie used to stop time.
"You okay?" Reina asked Valentina.
"Huh-" Valentina turned around. "Oh yeah." Valentina was still kind of shocked by what happened.
"HE MIGHT HAVE A CONCUSSION!" Reina shouted into one of the balconies with the words 'Medic' plastered on the front.
"You're next right, Anais." Lin turned around, placing his back on the balcony railing.
"Yeah." Anais looked at the chart that was placed inside the recovery room where they were. "I'm up against some guy named Claude."
