In Nana's hand was a single rose, that of a white dahlia, "What do you mean no soul?" She placed the white dahlia into her pocket.

Ignotus' expression was concerned, "In the countless years I've been in this world, I've never met someone as spectacular as you. Nana, you have no soul." Ignotus backed up a little. "You're not human, you're a Dicere."

"What hell is a Dicere?" Nana remembered the fight she had during the eclipse against Vear where she first heard the word Dicere.

"A Dicere is a creature made of pure wretched energy, not from this realm of existence. God's only flaw." Ignotus explained, "Though, even a Dicere can't explain your situation. The book chose you because you're different. The book doesn't choose a prophet because it feels like it, it chooses someone because it feels like that someone has a duty to fulfill. I may be the book's familiar but I do not know its many secrets, it has something planned for you, and I'm not sure what."
