Chapter 25 - Hotpot

Hearing being called that way, everyone immediately looked in his way, and there was a red sparkle in everyone's eyes, from Goku, who was eating his food, to Luffy and Zoro, who had a 'kind smile' on their face.

This intense pressure swept his way, making the man fall to the floor and quickly speed away. Everyone then returned to what they were doing before as nothing unusual had happened.

The day passed by just like that, and it was soon nighttime as everyone finished eating and started to talk about their day.

Looking at everybody in the room, Jon feels like everything is quite magical, and he doesn't know when it happened.

Still, everybody seems to have found their happiness and fulfilled their inner wishes that their original self never did manage to do.

Jon watches as Naruto makes jokes with Luffy and Goku by the tv where they are watching a show.

He remembers the first time Naruto came to this world. He was a lonely child without any friends, and now he had found friends who didn't hate him for who he was and were willing to share their life.

It is mainly the same for Itachi and Minato, who were able to escape an inevitable fate, and now they are with their family and finding their dreams.

He doesn't know what he would change or do differently when there is perfect happiness here and this comfort.

He watches the balcony area and sees Itachi and Erza holding hands as they watch the city lights, wondering, "When did those two get together?"

"You notice it too?" Sanji peeked his head over and smiled as he noticed Itachi and Erza seemed like a lovely couple, "I knew that it would eventually happen."

"I'm glad that Itachi has found someone he loves," Jon said with a slight smile as he watched them in the balcony's dimmed darkness.

"I do admire those two," Sanji said, smiling.

"How are you going with Maria," Jon asked casually as he drank a bit of beer from a cup, "you two have been together for longer than I know now."

"She's...perhaps the person I'm waiting for," Sanji said with his eyes containing a deep thoughtfulness.

"What are you waiting for?" Jon asked casually as he saw Sanji thinking in such a manner; due to the effort of his training and the nutrition, now, Sanji had already grown to the height near his adulthood.

Many days after this night together, in the middle of their dinner together in the other world, Sanji finally proposed to Maria.

That night everyone cheered loudly for Sanji, and Lee looked like a brother seeing off his sibling to a distant land as his bald head shone a little brighter under the reflection of the moonlight.

And a month after, the two officially conducted a wedding, becoming the first married couple in this world, but not the last. Nearly two years later, Itachi and Erza also got married.

During these weddings, this was the first time everyone saw Jon getting slightly emotional because, in his heart, it was much like watching his children finally growing up and pursuing their own stories in their life.

They watched with surprise to see that Jon had tiny bits of teardrops coming down from the corner of his eyes as he clapped loudly to celebrate their weddings.

"Jon-Senpai, you're crying," Jiraiya teased, "you didn't even cry at my wedding."

"How did you know I didn't," Jon smiled and said back, "Aren't you crying too."

"What!?" Jiraiya reached to touch his eyes lightly and found that tiny drops of teardrops had fallen from the corner of his eyes, "Looks like I'm just as touched."

"Who isn't," Jon answers, looking around him to see that Minato, Luffy, and the others are wiping their tears from the tissue in their hands.

"He is like a brother to us," Jiraiya smiled as he watched Itachi and Erza kiss each other after saying their vows.

"Jon-Sensei, maybe it is time that you find Sasuke a wife too, and also don't forget Luffy and Zoro as well," Jiraiya added, giving Jon a good suggestion.

The two look over to see Zoro drinking by the tree to the left while smiling to himself, "That'll be a little hard. He seems like the lonely warrior type."

"What about Sasuke over there," Jiraiya asked, pointing to Sasuke, who had a complicated expression as he watched his brother getting married, "maybe you can bring Sakura into this world?"

"I don't think that'll be a good idea," Jon said as he thought about it, "I heard from Naruto that Sasuke seems like he is still not at that stage yet."

"Lee?"

"I think you should give up being a matchmaker," Jon laughs, "Lee is already having a difficult time in his world with Sakura, Ino, Tenten, and Hinata fawning over him all day long."

[New Guests Invited]

[Tony Stark]

[Peter Parker]

[Gon Freecss]

[Killua Zoldyck]

[Light Yagami]

[Korosensei]

"What do we have here," Jon said to himself as he read through the list of names, "some exciting guests we have here. I wonder if Light is carrying that book with him right now. It would be interesting reading material."

Hearing him speaking to himself, Jiraiya asked curiously, "Do we have some new guests?"

"New guests? Can I do it this time, Jon-Senpai?" Lee rushed over to sign up to greet the guests.

In his world, Light Yagami, who had just recently picked up the notebook, was watching the tv about a man who kept children hostage and was about to write the man's name on the pages when a key appeared before he caught his attention.

When he saw a key that appeared before his eyes, and then the next second, he was knocked off his chair as the key hit him lightly and merged into his mind as one.

In a flash, countless memories integrated with him, memories about another world and other worlds relating to the people already in a different world.
