"Thankfully, I have started to like Killian so it shall work out for me and the people of this kingdom. Where is everyone else? Fraser, aunt Beth, and all the relatives? I only see a few carriages."
"Oh, those carriages are mine with the gifts I have brought for you and Killian. I hope you both enjoy them. Amelia," Margaret touched her granddaughter's hand. "Many of your relatives sent letters to the castle claiming to be sick, traveling or some have admitted to being too scared to come to the border. I don't know how many will show and I have not forced them to come."
