Amelia picked up on the fact Jahi wasn't trying to be friendly. She was used to fake smiles and conversations like this thanks to her many years in the castle and around nobles. Jahi was child's play compared to everyone else. Still, she wasn't going to call it out as there was nothing she could benefit from doing so and Cyrus was enjoying them all together.
'I need to keep an eye on her. Since she still harbors a lot of anger toward my family there is a possibility she would team up with anyone here to get rid of me. Why does she have to put Cyrus through this? Should I send them both away before something bad happens?' Amelia seriously considered it though she would hate to see Cyrus leave.
Jahi would focus on her hatred and not the trouble she could find herself in. Specifically from Killian since she would be trying to hurt his future wife.
