Unfortunately, Amelia could not spend a lot of time away from the guests and had to go back to greet everyone. She was able to skip her first dance with Killian and many others after she claimed it wasn't a tradition in the north for couples to dance on their wedding night so they should skip past it.
"You aren't enjoying your wedding day but don't ruin it for everyone else," Margaret whispered to Amelia.
The royals all sat at a long table as the food was served.
"Ruin it for who? You can look at their faces and tell none of them want to be here. I am just speeding this up for the sake of all of us. I'll enjoy my wedding more when Killian and I return home. We can celebrate it our way," Amelia replied, not noticing the smile on the lips of the man beside her.
