"Cousin," Fraser greeted Amelia by the door of the meeting room. He awaited this moment to see Amelia fail terribly. Thanks to a tip of information, he learned that none of the men were going to take Amelia's demands seriously and provide their truce deal to Killian.
If Amelia tried to pull the same ridiculous stunt of backing out of the marriage, they would simply ignore it and have Killian take her away by any means.
It was about time that Amelia learned to keep quiet in Fraser's opinion. He was never one to enjoy her rebellious personality. She had everything he ever wanted but was never grateful or satisfied. If he was in Amelia's place, he would have followed every command the king gave him. Then again, Amelia was a girl with hardly any use.
"Fraser," Amelia greeted him back. She wasn't surprised to see Fraser already in the meeting room with a smile he could not hide. "I didn't see you at breakfast so I assumed you left the castle."
