Alex flew back inside the building after getting blasted by Part's fire breathing, but Part is nowhere to be seen.
"I can still sense his presence, he's on the rooftop?" Alex thought.
He then got out of the broken window and flew to the rooftop using Wind Control Reign.
"I wonder how he breathed fire, I thought he uses Lightning Generate, and the Scope arm didn't absorb and copy that when I blocked it, is it a Reign or not?" Alex asked himself, confused about Part's fire breathing.
He only received a message saying…

When he arrived at the building's rooftop, Part was standing in the middle of the rooftop alone.
