"It will be hard to actually explain this since we're just doing it naturally. But I think I know it since this Scope body also has Reign, and it's oddly similar to how others use their Reign, how my left body uses Reign," Alex thought.
Alex has two different types of Reigns, his Left body has Elemental Reign Control, which controls them but he can't generate them. He can only control Earth and Wind right now since he needs to be exposed to Element Control type Reigners for him to control the rest of the elements.
His Right body which is his Scope body can absorb Reign, copy Reign, store Reigns or its energy, and use it in its mastered form, so, even if a Reigner had adept ability over their Reign, he'll still be able to control their Reign masterfully once he absorbed and copy them.
