Old Billy comforted his old friend, "Miguel, things wouldn't be that bad as you think. You also taught that kid Tina well, she might understand what to do in dangerous situations."

Rose just looked him, the old sheriff took out and showed a photo of a smiling woman in police uniform from his pocket. He begged, "This is my daughter Tina. Can you help this old man find his daughter? Even if it's just her body. Can you? Madam. Please, please help me. Please help this old man."
Rose wanted to say something. Two parrots and a cat watched them with interest on the bed in the van.
At that time, Emuel took out a spear from his space ring and pointed at the space above the chapel.
The space flickered and ripples spread out until it formed a big ring of ripples. Soon, it stabilized and calmed down like a mirror.

Rose looked at the portal and the old sheriff looked back too. He also saw the mirror like portal and tragic scene behind it. He wailed in low voice and begged Rose again to save his poor daughter.
Rose got out of the van and also flew to the sky beside Emuel. She looked at portal and asked, "Are we going in?"
Emuel replied, "Wait a bit, the portal hasn't been completely stabilized yet. Just a few more seconds."
Rose took out a tome from her ring, the spell book which could be called divine artifact. Because it was created by Horus and there is some divinity in it. It was her last birthday gift from Horus.
She is in her strongest form as long as she is holding this tome. Actually, she is also a demigod but her strength is far worse than Emuel, may be it is even right to say she is one and he is a thousand. Moreover, a thousand people like her could not necessarily fight against one Emuel, he is just too strong.

The old pastor and the old sheriff stood by the police car and watched all of this intently. They know there is something going on inside the portal, even possibly, the missing villagers and the daughter of old Miguel might be inside it. But they couldn't do any help besides praying the origin mother to bless them and hoping that the mysterious cardinal would be able to take out all the living people inside safely.
This is also the sadness of normal people in this crazy world which is being invaded by abyss and other worlds, or even the madness of some native human beings themselves. They are just so helpless and some becomes the victims unluckily.
Meanwhile, on the other side of the portal, Emuel and Rose arrived at the village in the small dimension.
As soon as he arrived, Emuel directly used a large scale purification spell which can entirely cover up the whole village. Bright, holy and sacred light directly drove off the darkness and smoky atmosphere of the village. It also killed some disgusting beings and purified the contaminated ones.
Emuel could sense the aura of many living people. He used instant imprisonment and bound all living beings and dragged them out to the air.
Rose used a rain spell and large scale healing spell. Some houses on fire were extinguished and smokes were directly dispersed with a wind spell.
At that time, the two were taken as gods in the heart of hundreds of people who were fighting for life. The already weak and tired people wept and wailed in low voices and vent their sadness in their way.
Some were almost killed by the ugly demons but the scared light which appeared out of nowhere instantly turned the tall and strong demons which can't be killed in front of them into ash directly.
Some were hiding , some were running, some just sat down in relief as they saw the terrifying demons turned into ash in front of them, they were then bound by light ropes and dragged into the air.
At first, they were frightened, however, at the moment they saw the man holding the giant sword in one sword and releasing the previous sacred light with the other hand continuously, they realized they were saved.
Although, they don't know who is that man and woman beside him, they still know that someone who killed the demons earlier would not be a bad guy.
Looking at hundreds of people crying and laughing in tears, Emuel released another purification spell while still maintaining vigilant.
