These were things Maria felt as she lay entangled in bed with the man she had once sworn to hate. Her head lay on his chest, and the beat of his heart was her melody. Her core still ached from their earlier display of affection, but she loved it. Her finger drew small circles on his bare chest; she would occasionally go up to his neck and outline the base of his lips and nose with her finger. Diablo's eyes were shut, and Maria took her time to admire him. from the few strands of dark hair that fell on his face to the length of his eyelashes and then to the structure of his nose. Her eyes took in the pinkness and fullness of his lips; she wanted to have hers on them.
Her wandering finger traveled back down to his chest and outlined the lines of his abs. only one thought travelled within Maria's mind as she did this. Diablo was the epitome of perfection.
