Benny laughed maniacally as he showed us the picture he had taken. He managed to capture the exact moment all three of them were smiling, and it looked like they were one big happy family.
"You two will make great parents," Benny noted before retracting his phone and placing it in his pocket.
"I thought you left," Diablo said with a deep scowl. It was obvious that he did not appreciate the interruption.
"Yeah, I forgot my keys," he said, walking up to Diablo's desk and grabbing a set of keys laying on the side. Just as he was about to leave, he stopped beside Diablo and poked Lorenzo's cheek. "Don't let these people traumatize you now, if you see things you don't understand, just scream." Benny snickered and Maria shook her head with disbelief.
As soon as Benny left, the three of them returned to their silence until a long yawn escaped Lorenzo's small mouth. Maria cleared her throat loudly and said, "He's tired. We should probably get going."
