"Master," my hands reached out and excitedly shook the lump of muscle I'd woken next to.
"Hmm?" His sleepy voice replied.
"Why are you in my bed?" I glanced around the room, seeing no signs of Will, Izzy, or Holly.
"It's my bed," he declared before he closed his eyes again.
Will, that bastard.
I scrambled out of the bed, trying to still my frantic heart.
At least I had gone to sleep fully dressed.
"The camp I was in, are you aware of what happened?" I asked once he finally sat up and stretched. The blanket dropped to expose his bare chest. Instinctively I looked away, feeling guilty towards Alex for having just seen an inch.
"Yes, I came as soon as I heard, and saw the aftermath," he replied and leaned against the headboard.
"Do you know where Alex and the others are?" I asked, eager to hear they had gotten out safely.
