" Why Won't This Sky Become Red?" A man wearing a red clock shouted as he looked at the sky. Around him was the statue that he had shattered with his hammer, he had a sword in one hand and a hammer in the other.

" You have committed a big crime, destroying the statue of the king. It is considered treason, we will put you to death." The captain of the guards of the city declared, Several guards of the city have surrounded the mad man causing chaos.

Just when they got near to attack, they were surprised by the speed of the man. The fight started with the mad man killing a guard with the heavy blow of his hammer and severing the arm of the nearby guard with his sword.

" You insects, Stay away from me." The mad man screamed. The captain of the guards became furious because of the death of his subordinates and rushes to fight the man himself.

" Stay back, I will deal with him. Provide support when I need it." The captain of the guards ordered his men as he walked forward to attack the man. He swung his sword at the mad man with great speed and strength, for a few seconds the sword emitted a light. The mad man found it interesting to see the light.

" Even runts like you can use this thing, they call ' Light of brilliance', this is not the true power. I will crush you and prove it." The mad man declared as his attack became more vicious, he continuously struck with his hammer and sword. The light didn't emit any longer from the sword and the guard captain was looking cornered, it made other guards join the fight.

One by one guards attacked using their weapons but their attacks were parried skillfully by the mad man as he counter-attacked them and injures them. The Captain of the guards took a few moments to calm down and breathe to regain his composure.

He took out an amulet which started to shine when he pressed the Gem over it.

" This is the Guard Captain of Northside of Capital city, we need backup from the Elite guards. The situation is getting out of our hands."

[ Message received, we will send the backup in a few minutes. Keep your amulet active for location tracking.] A female voice came from the amulet. He kept the amulet active and then joined the fight because one by one several guards were being killed.

" Back off insects, you are not worth my time." The mad man shouted but he didn't try to get away, he tried to kill those who still dared to stand in his way. He noticed the guard captain and a few guards trying to intercept his way.

The guard captain hurried and tried to attack from behind, this time his entire sword was covered in a flash of light. He was a few meters away from the mad man as he slashed downward, a slash of light left the sword and reached the mad man.

However, before it could get passed through him the light slash was stopped by another similar light slash from the mad man. The guard captain's whole body shudders after noticing what just happened, this only meant two things, either the sword was special or the person he was fighting was natural.

The sword was not special in the least, it was just a normal sword which was about to break because of the continuous fighting with the guards who were using a special sword. He didn't ask his doubts and hoped that the backup would soon come up.

He closed the distance and ordered his man to not be too close. The battle continued but the attacks were becoming strong from the madman, his every attack was skilful and better than anyone who had trained just in military combat techniques.

Suddenly the hands of the guard captain started to feel numb, he managed to push himself away when the other guards backed him up. He could no longer fight without being afraid of death.

He was looking at the mad man, who still doesn't have a single bruise or scratch from this fight. He evaded and blocked every attack and didn't slow down throughout the fight. One by one he was killing the guards or severing their limbs.

" Stop, We surrender." The guard captain screamed. The other guards quickly got away from the fight and didn't try to stop the man any longer.

The man stood there with his long hair covered in blood and looked at the sky. A wide grin appeared on his face as he looked at the sky, and tears fell from his eyes.

The next second he kneeled on the ground, the guard captain looked at him with confusion and then he looked at the sky. Something didn't seem right, it was supposed to be the time of night.

But the surroundings have become completely red because of how the sky was looking. He suddenly remembered the words that the madman was saying before the fight began.

" The Fated Day! This is the fated day, He is alive, the one who will lead the remnants of Augustine. The youngest is still alive somewhere." The madman mumbled. The mad man stood up once again and started to walk away.

' Why isn't there any reinforcement?' The captain of the guards thought as he still saw no signs of them, he didn't move or ordered anyone else to move because the man was leaving peacefully and he has come to understand that he is no match for this person.

" Who are you?" Curiosity got the better of him as he yelled.

" Hahaha," The mad man laughed and continued to walk. " The destruction of the world that you have built is nigh, wait there for your turn. One by one you will all be slaughtered. He will come back, we will stand by his side to destroy everything."

His words struck fear in the heart of every guard that was present, they all felt shivers because of how the man had said those words and the red sky felt ominous, surely this meant the beginning of something that the world has no desire to face.
