Gianna only woke up when she heard some noises outside the door and very soon, the door was pushed open and Henry strolled inside looking like he was in a rage. His face was a bit red and his jaw was clenched tightly. The way he looked at her made her feel a sense of danger but she pretended to ignore it.
Sitting up in bed, Gianna rubbed her eyes as she looked at him "What's wrong? Why do you look like that?"
Of course she knew exactly why he looked like that but acting clueless right now was the only thing that could save her.
Her voice was soft and the look in her eyes made Henry unclench his fists as he asked "Why did you leave me there and came back by yourself? You knew i was drunk and you left me to be humiliated by those..."
Humiliated? Ahh... Now she wished she had stayed back somewhere to at least watch exactly how he was humilated. It should've been quite a show.
