Jason's POV
We followed the animal for quite some minutes and eventually, it led us to a clearing surrounded by flowers and bushes and it disappeared without a single trace.
I was about to ask where we were when I felt Aurora suddenly slump against me. I immediately caught her before she fell over completely.
Looking at her face, I realized that her eyes were closed and she appeared asleep.
"Aurora? Aurora wakes up." I shook her shoulder lightly but she didn't respond.
A few minutes passed and I heard footsteps approaching, the sound of the bushes rustling and soon enough a tall and regal female appeared in front of me. Her hair, a mix of white and a hint of black was long but braided around a wooden-like crown. And her eyes were glowing yellow, reminding me of cat eyes at night.
She looked so young that one could say she was no older than sixteen years old but the way she carried herself made me understand that she was very much older.
