Aurora's Pov
"Careful," I said moving to help Luther up but he instead shook his head.
"No. Don't worry I can help myself up." I watched as he rested his back on the pillow behind and some seconds later I asked, "How are you feeling now?
"I'm fine. It doesn't even hurt that badly." He replied and nodded, staring at him for a little while and noticing that he had no scrapes or bruises from earlier that day.
The cuts on his face had faded almost completely now. He was still pale and slightly shaking but otherwise appeared to be okay.
"How are you?" He asked back and I just shrugged.
"I'm holding on...I guess." There were so many things on my mind and in my heart. But I knew that talking about them would only bring up emotions that I was trying to keep at bay.
