"You want me to kill that child, right? I will do it."
Everyone was silent. No one expected that those words would come out of Felix's mouth.
"Don't follow me. I don't want to make Holly panic," Felix said to Cass.
Ignoring their gazes, Felix entered the room. The sound of a baby's cry grew louder as the door opened slightly. Through the gap in the door, they could see Adda holding the baby. Only for a moment because Felix then locked the door after telling the servants and Sebastian to get out.
Cass gulped. She felt strange after seeing the baby. Not a regret. She wouldn't do it. But it was a very strange feeling that came out of the room like she wanted to kneel on the floor and bowed her head deeply.
Several other officials also felt it. They looked unsteady and leaned against the wall. Some of them even vomit because they couldn't hold it.
"What was that," Cass mumbled as he scanned Holly's door.
