In the darkness, Astragus sat opposite a woman who stood in front of him. Only the sound of the fireplace accompanied them. Both of them fell silent.
"Don't expect me to cooperate with him," said Astragus after they had been silent for a long time.
"Are you sure?"
The woman was wearing a black hood and a long black robe. In the darkness, only the nose and mouth could be seen by the sparks of the fireplace.
Astragus sat quietly, not taking her existence as a threat. Although there was a look of hatred in his eyes, Astragus was not alert or intending to catch her.
"I won't cooperate with anyone," said Astragus in a scary deep voice.
"Don't you want to get rid of Felix?"
Astragus laughed evilly. The fire in the fireplace instantly dimmed, as if afraid of his laughter. Astragus stood up and quietly walked around the woman. The woman did not move, still standing in his position with caution.
