Holly looked at the white rose in horror. She held her breath and her heart seemed to stop beating.
Astragus's face was too serious to joke, and they weren't that close to making jokes after all.
"This flower was a person? Or this flower belonged to Queen Helga?" asked Holly carefully.
She tried to understand what Astragus meant earlier. But the old man just stared at her sharply without intending to give an answer.
Gilbert hastily got up from his chair and walked over to Holly. "We'd better get out of here."
Holly flinched. She wanted an explanation. She had to know what Astragus meant earlier. This flower was Helga? The late Queen turned into a flower? Gosh, what nonsense was this? Holly thought the werewolves were crazy enough for her.
Or did this flower once belong to Helga? Then how could this flower curse Felix? Too many questions in Holly's head made her unable to think.
"You must know something Gilbert? What did he mean?"
Gilbert didn't answer, he was busy getting rid of the chair near Holly so he could pull her out. "We'd better go back inside, Your Majesty."
Gilbert occasionally glanced at Astragus warily. Since Astragus gave no answer to Holly's question, she decided to follow Gilbert. But Holly would not let this pass that way. She would find out for sure.

The long-awaited day had finally come. Felix would be crowned King. Many people came in front of the palace to welcome the new King.
The news about Felix spread quickly, many were talking about his handsome face and good manners. Wich was different to his first image.
Holly hadn't got the chance to ask Felix yet. He seemed busy and Holly thought it wasn't the right time to ask about it. While waiting for the opportunity to come, Holly tried to figure it out herself.
"If that flower is Helga, why does he want me to destroy it?" Holly muttered as she paced in her room.
"But how can a person turn into a flower?" Holly stopped at the table.
She took the rose and watched carefully. "Well, they could turn into a wolf, it's not impossible if she could turn into a flower. After all, Felix said she's an elf."
Holly patted her cheek lightly. She completely couldn't understand this world. There were so many things she didn't know. But if that flower really was a person, there was no way Holly dared to destroy it. It was the same as killing someone.
Holly's bedroom door opened without permission. No need to wonder who was that, it must be Felix. He entered Holly's room with a frown.
"Why aren't you ready?" Felix asked.
Holly studied Felix's clothes. He was wearing the red robe that a king usually wears. A sword sheathed at the side of his waist. But Holly only wore a simple pale dress. It was not that she didn't have a nice dress, but this dress was very comfortable to sleep in.
"For what? I'm just going to sleep."
"Sleep? No! You can't sleep now. You have to get out."
Holly gulped. Went out? To the crowd in front of people?
"You said I had to hide so they won't see me."
Holly thought she would spend her time hiding so she just wore modest clothes. She was even ready to sleep all day because she couldn't get out of the room.
"Get dressed. I'm going to announce our wedding," Felix said as he walked out.
Holly glued to the floor. Her body suddenly became a stiff statue after hearing what Felix had said. They really were getting married.

The voices of the people cheered loudly from outside the palace. Felix's coronation ceremony was held inside the palace with officials and nobles.
A country elder, a human, appointed Felix as King. The faces of Astragus and his followers grew even more gloomy. As much as they hate Felix, it was still disrespectful for them to see their King appointed by a human.
Felix stepped forward, kneeling in front of the throne with his face down. "I appointed you as the King of this kingdom. For the throne dignity, state your vow," said the elder.
"I'm the King of Grisia, take back my throne. I promise not to give up my throne to anyone under any circumstances."
Everyone was shocked to hear Felix's vow was different from what he should have said. He stood up straight, his sharp eyes fixed over them one by one. The humans shuddered at him. There was no longer a friendly King who greeted them like yesterday, the King in front of them looked scary yet gorgeous.
"This is our King," Cass muttered with a slight smirk.
Felix walked straight to the door that directly led to the palace gate. He didn't even have to wait for those officials to come out or just say congratulations.
The voices of the people who greeted him were getting louder and louder. They fell silent after Felix raised his hand.
"I'm your King, humans! Follow all my orders and I will spare you," Felix said in a loud voice.
Those humans were confused but the werewolves smiled satisfied. "To the moon and your eternity!" A man suddenly prostrated until his face touched the ground. Only wolf knew those words, he must be hiding among humans all this time.
Everyone was confused but other people started doing the same. "To the moon and your eternity."
Their voices echoed each other. One by one they prostrated themselves in front of Felix. Those humans were still confused, but they still did the same thing.
Felix smiled contentedly. "Stand up!"
Everyone stood doubtfully, they started whispering to see Felix's change. He looked stronger and colder, unlike the one they had seen a few days ago.
"As a King. I need a partner. I must have a Queen to accompany me to sit on the throne."
The whispers got louder as Felix said that. The noble girls were busy tidying their hair nervously.
"I have chosen someone as my queen. And I don't accept rejection.."
Those girls were immediately disappointed, they looked left and right to make sure their best friend was still there and not being the Queen that Felix meant.
"Come here, My Queen."
The palace gates opened. Everyone was silent waiting for the figure that would come out full of curiosity. Which woman managed to subdue this new King?
The door was wide open and everyone gasped in disbelief. Holly walked out hesitantly. Her head was decorated with a crown.
"Kill her!"
