Once Henry was done speaking to the other Alphas, the remaining wolves of Sycamore had been given a chance to speak. They had unanimously declared that they would much rather stay in their lands, and rebuild their pack, than just be separated and absorbed into other packs.
The other Alphas all pledged some assistance, and Henry vowed again that help would come to them from the city. Once everything was decided, Henry then made his way to the food table, and helped himself to large helpings of everything.
He hadn't eaten in a while, not since breakfast, and he was absolutely starving.
Once he was done with his second plate, he found Layla coming toward him.
"Hey, " Layla greeted, sitting down on the bench beside him. "That was an impressive hunt. "
"It was a group effort, " Henry smiled, ducking his head.
