Nora's POV ...
I watched him shift into his wolf and take off into the woods.
I couldn't believe him. His quick decision to further his bond with that girl would cost us heavily.
The mate bond was easy enough to break since they hadn't formed any real connection but now, he was slowly anchoring himself to her. It was only a matter of time before they completed the mate bond and all hope was lost. I had to stop them but I just didn't know how.
The plan Flo and I had first devised had fallen through and we were back to square one yet again. We were running out of options and time.
'But what if he is happy with Callie', my inner voice spoke.
