After a long, passionate night, Runa fell asleep in Arden's arms.
When morning approached but the sun had not yet shown its light, Runa woke up. The window beside the bed has no shutters. Runa inhaled the fresh air produced by the trees. The pureness gave her peace, and she smiled at that.
She lifted her head so she could look at her boyfriend. He was still asleep. His arms wrapped around Runa's naked body. They were curled up in a warm blanket, in a room that looked like a luxury resort in the middle of the forest, with the smell of books, moss, and wood.
The feeling of peace that surrounded her now felt unreal after all they had been through. Runa was worried that all of this was just an illusion, and when she woke up the next day, she will find it was just a dream.
With that mixture of anxiety and hope, she fell back asleep.

"Runa, wake up."
