It's funny how the demons wait for the three of them to discuss.
Runa was even almost sure that the demons were actually good because they gave them spare time. But they soon broke her faith when a metal chair nearby flew up and nearly hit her in the head. Luckily, Arden quickly dragged her down, so she avoided a concussion.
"Stay on guard." Arden gave a warning. There was no longer any worry in his eyes, only a focused gaze with intense killing intent. "You said you wanted to awaken something in you. You have to focus."
Runa nodded. Focus is one of her skills. That's what brought her to the top. Because she is focused on the goal.
When Runa stood back up, Arden and Ethan had their backs to her from two different sides. They stood alert with their weapons in hand.
"What should I do?" she asked.
"Never touch them with your bare hands and don't let them touch you," said Ethan.
