Runa wakes up in an unknown place.
The first thing she saw was a faint elongated light that fell on the low ceiling. The next thing that caught her senses was people conversing in whispers.
"Who the hell are you?" It was Mandy's voice.
"I have no obligation to tell you."
"What did you do in the middle of the forest with Anna? And what happened to her? Where did you go after Anna changed into some sort of nasty, freaking zombie? Does that have anything to do with you?"
"You should have just gotten into journalism instead of business management. It suits you better."
"Stop mocking me and answer my question."
Runa cleared her throat and turned her head to them. They sat on opposite sides. Mandy was on the edge of the bed and Arden was in the corner, like a student getting detention.
