Emerald
I woke up and the first thing that I noticed was that I wasn't in the hotel room like I should be. When I look to my left to try to figure out where I was, I saw a lady standing beside me and I immediately guessed that she was a nurse and that I was in a hospital.
I was immediately confused because I had no idea what I was doing in the hospital when I don't even remember being sick.
"Miss, what time is it?" I asked, blurting out the first thing that came to mind since I wasn't sure if it was morning or if it was dark outside.
"Oh, you're awake!" the nurse exclaimed, finally noticing that my eyes were open.
"How long have I been here?" I asked.
"You came in just last night madam," she answered and I honestly didn't understand how I went from being in my bedroom after falling asleep, to waking up in the hospital when I don't remember anything happening to me.
