Chapter 63 - Chapter 62: Academies; Contracts

The Whole recruitment process by these academies is done under the watch of the Academy Association. It is part of Sun Alliance as well as all 32 Academies and other unranked Academies. Unranked Academies are those that just have a presence on some planets or a single galaxy. They don't have the right to be ranked as they don't have a presence all over the Sun Alliance, unlike the 32 Ranked Academies who have multiple branches in all 12 Galaxies. The top 7 Academies operate a bit differently and only have one Academy in each galaxy and they only chose Elites, unlike the others who have multiple Academies in a single Galaxy.
