"Hmm, how about this. I date Ash for a week and see what happens. What do you think?" Said Owen.
"Make it a month then it's a deal." Said Kenneth bravely.
Owen turned towards the kitchen, "Hey Ash!" Owen shouted, "Will you be my boyfriend for a month?"
"Anything in return?" Ash crossed his arms.
"If it works out, I'll marry you." Owen shouted. The whole house was quiet, getting married? That's a big thing.
"What…?" Ash stuttered, "I'm just kidding, I'll find you something in the meantime. You could call off the deal if you want to, I won't mind, I just do all of this shit for fun only." Owen shouted back to the kitchen.
"Hmm, I'll think about it." Ash shouted back.
"Wait, what." Owen didn't expect that to happen.
"Sir," Lucas was behind the sofa, "I don't think this is a good idea", "I know it isn't but if I get his answer by the end of the day, then I'll date for a month." Owen replied back, annoyed.
"Anyways, is there a nickname for him? I think a nickname would be better for me to remember." Said Grandma. "Sorry po po, I don't know. Maybe ask him later."
Ash comes back some minutes later, with some hot chocolate? I guess that's what you drink in the winter. Owen never stayed in the winter, doesnt feels like "Home" to him. He either goes out with his family to a warm country or goes alone.
"Do you have a nickname? My grandma wants to know." Owen asked. "Hmm, I do have one I rarely use, it is 'Dolphin', I named myself that." Ash replied.
"How about that po? Dolphin." Owen turned his head towards his grandma.
"What a sweet name." Grandma replied.
"Also about the deal, I accept it. Like you said, 'Youre 24 already.' Do you remember that?" Ash smirked at Owen.
"Yea…" Owen regretted his decision of saying that.
"Anyways, when does this thing start?" Ash asked.
"I dont know. How about you choose mom?" Owen asked.
"Me? Sure, how about today?" Mom replied.
"Uhh, what do you think, Ash?" Owen turned his head.
"Sure, 12pm straight and there will be the one month." Ash checked the time.
Owen checked his watch and it was already 11:53. Damn the time flew really fast. (This is gonna get interesting) 6 minutes of being single and then love for a month.
"This is gonna be bad, but when are you guys leaving? Did Lucas tell you guys to stay for the whole winter?" stared at Lucas at the back.
"No, just a week." Yu Chen replied.
'Goddamnit Lucas' Owen thought.
(It's better than a month,right?) said dad
"So a week or a month?" Asked Owen.
"Depends on Dolphin now; how long darling?" Grandma asked Ash.
"How about a month? Cause a week is quite short and we still need to get to know it's eachother, don't you think so?" Said Ash.
"He ain't wrong," Mom replied.
"Alright, and look! It's 12.06 pm already! Ain't that nice." Said Grandma.
Owen sighed and leaned on Ash.

My grandma- She isn't tall but she is really good at maths, she adopted my mom and my aunt Minah. She wears glasses and her hair is shoulder length.
My dad- Tall, he was shorter than my mom once he grew, they met at young. Has 4 children, the youngest is adopted. Wears glasses.
My mom- Adopted by my grandma, tall. He is older than dad by a few months (they're the same age) and wears glasses.
My big bro- Don't know if to call him tall, he is kind. Left early, I don't know much about him now. He wears glasses.
My big sis- Long hair, taller than me and she loves watching drama. She sometimes wears glasses.
Me- Long hair, I'm gonna cut it short soon. I'm not that tall, I don't wear glasses.
My Lil bro- Adopted. Wanting to throw him out by now but haven't yet, wears glasses.
"My family is just full of people that wear glasses."- Owen.

"7 minutes in and I regret everything." Owen sighed.
"A deal is a deal," Kenneth said proudly, " You can't cancel the deal."
Kenneth was right for once, a deal is a deal. Just gotta wait a month to pass now.
"Anyways, what do you all want for lunch? I'll cook." Owen sat back straight. "I'll help," Ash replied.
"Hmm, fried rice would be nice." Grandma said.
Owen stood up and let out a hand towards Ash, Ash grabbed it and stood up. The 2 walked to the kitchen, getting the things ready.
"Is Dolphin a girl or a boy? I forgot" said grandma.
"Hmm. I forgot too" -Dad
"You just spoke English" Mom exclaimed
"I can for a long time, I'm just very lazy to think of sentence" Dad said in the most Chinese way ever.
"Don't worry about that first, look at those 2" Yu Chen pointed to Owen and Ash.
Owen and Ash were like a real couple already, side by side felt like knowing each other for eternity.
"They are really gonna get married after this month." Yi Ron pointed out.
"You know that the 2 knew each other longer than this right? " Dad asked them all.
"What?" Everyone said except dad.
"I remember seeing pink hair before." Dad said.
("IT'S HERE!") Owen shouted to them from the dining room.
The fried rice was done and they could eat now.
"We will talk about this later upstairs in our room" said mom and everyone nodded their heads.
