The queen looked sad, she didn't know what to say.
"my father meant the world to me, how could you do this to me?" Calix questioned.
"I am so sorry Calix. Nothing I say will excuse me for what I did" the queen replied.
Reni stepped forward. "You not only did a horrible crime but you also let someone else take the blame all this while. You deserve to be punished" he said.
The queen lowered her head in submission. "I deserve any punishment meted to me" she agreed.
She took off her signet ring and passed it to Calix.
"I pass the rulersfhip of Salvatore to him" she announced before following Rason and his werewolf guards who had been tasked with keeping her in captivity until the alliance decided what would be done with her.
