People say that being able to see when you or anyone would die was indeed a blessing from the heavens. Most would find it unique to have such an ability...
But have they ever looked back to see the time ticking on someone...To see one's time coming to an end...To not be able to stop their death...
It was tragic. YiMing knew
The feeling of constantly watching people die was that of an arrow piercing through the heart a million times. And it kept happening and happening. It now seemed like a habit, something of the Daily life...But somehow she Could never get used to it.

"She's dying! She's not breathing anymore!. Why hasn't the ambulance arrived?!"
YiMing had her eyes on the scene afar...She Could hear the concerned man at the scene yelling out as people panicked for a quick solution.
YiMing stood there as she'd always do. watching such a scene with nothing of much importance to do. He could only stand there like always.. watching.
"Have you ever felt like the time has stopped?" YiMing told herself "Like you're the only one standing there... Invisible, yet with the world centered around you..."
YiMing saw a Grim reaper make his way towards the scene and on getting there, he had aroused the soul of the dead lady.
The soul of the lady had gotten up and looked at herself. She seemed doubtful of everything.
But anyways, YiMing watched as the grim reaper lead her off to someplace. She watched as they left without even being noticed and then her eyes met Her senior crush who was sitting on the bench over there.
****
"How... Can he see them?" YiMing found herself asking as she followed his glance. It was a 90% probability that he was looking in the direction she was. And this had creeped her out.
She was confused and at the same time astonished. she could be dreaming, perhaps she wasn't thinking straight. Seeing things maybe? She thought about all the possible excuses.
But nothing seemed to be working here...The proof she had wanted to avoid was right here before her.
YiMing had stared at him for a long now. She didn't know the exact period or whatever but she was still staring for a reason.
Perhaps he was his handsome secret senior crush or maybe because of what she had discovered. Any of the reasons could go.
But she stood there, watching. She didn't even know when the bus had arrived and left. Not until Her senior crush who was sitting there had moved his eyes randomly and then clashed eyes with YiMing...
YiMing felt her heart skip beats, she had stiffened watching as Her crush's eyes landed on her.
There was no mistake here because she was certain she was the one whom he was looking at! There was no one around here! She was the only one there!
YiMing had quickly panicked as she awkwardly looked away. She seemed uneasy after clashing with his eyes and nervous as well...
She looked ahead at the bus and found out it was gone!
"What...?" She panicked, her eyes wide open as she glared at the bus stand!
How could she have missed it?! She couldn't believe it! This was Tragic for her because missing the bus meant...
The next minute, YiMing rushed out in her uniform. She was running as fast as she could, heading for school. She was probably going to be late but it was better than skipping school.

He stood there watching her every move. Their eyes had met and he was certain about it. although he didn't seem casual about it. Something was wrong with it ...
He had watched as she bubbly runoff, obviously heading to school.
With a sigh, he looked at the book in his hands which bore the title - DEATH -
He reluctantly flipped through the pages of the book and then looked at the drawing he made earlier. The drawing of a woman hit down by a bike...
Looking at the drawing for a while, he slowly looked up at the girl who was running out of sight now. He sighed as he closed his book...
Sitting there and looking in the direction where YiMing had run off, A policeman who had come to the scene and the reckless bike driver had come to stand before him. It was the driver who had pulled the policeman to a corner.
"You see...This wasn't entirely my fault" The driver said "She just jumped out of nowhere
"Nothing you say can clear your name...You were the culprit and you can go free like that .." Said the policeman
"Ok...Well..." The driver looked around cautiously "Since the both of us here...why don't you let me go this time...You see, I'm extremely rich and can give you all you want...Just mention it!"
"Are you trying to Bribe me?" The policeman questioned.
"Oh no,... It's just that..."
"The both of us are here alone, but that doesn't give you the right to bribe me. If you try it, I'll use it against you later in court. quickly! go!" He Said as he pulled the man away by the hand.
The driver was busy struggling to set himself free from the Police man's grip. "Let me go! I Did nothing!" He yelled.
The man sitting there quietly watched them. It was obvious that they didn't see him. And he didn't expect them to do so.
He simply opened his book and began another drawing...
"Let me go!"
The driver had managed to escape from his grip and had begun running away as fast as he could.
But then rushed into the road to cross through without much thought. And then before he Could look well a large bus which was passing through had hit the driver down...
The man sitting there got up from the bench stretching out his neck. He opened his book and had a glimpse at it. It was a sketch of the driver hit down by a bus...
He looked to his right and saw a man in black (The Grim reaper) Coming to take his soul.
He didn't look much but looked at his wristwatch then he disappeared into thin air.
