"You find that there's a murderer living in this house and you just keep wandering around here as if nothing's happened?" Aiden stared at the beggar and asked.
The beggar, thinking that there was a vicious criminal in the house who killed people in the basement to feed his dogs, still begged in this area, which was somewhat unbelievable.
"Hah, this turf was not easy to snatch up, how can I just give it up? Without this spot, I'll starve to death. I only beg here during the bright daylight, I don't believe he'd dare to kidnap someone in broad daylight!" the beggar said defiantly.
"But for such a serious matter, didn't you go to the police?" Aiden looked at the beggar and asked.
"I was breaking into someone's lock to steal stuff at the time, so me, go to the police?" The beggar's eyes widened as if Aiden was the one speaking nonsense, "The cops would lock me up and then dump me in a shelter out in the suburbs!"
