Aiden pondered for a moment and roughly understood Halo's meaning, "So you're saying that the power of 'sacrifice' constructs a covenant, you fulfill their wishes, and they offer you their absolute loyalty voluntarily."
"Exactly, absolute loyalty, absolute faith, absolute worship, they would even strap explosives to themselves and perish with the enemy for me, hehe." Halo playfully raised her hands.
"It seems you've already created quite a few terrorists," Aiden shook his head, "Absolute faith, this sounds a bit like the power of the 'desire' authority."
Melissa's "desire" authority could magnify or diminish a person's various desires, leading someone to commit crimes or become an upstanding gentleman. By completely assimilating someone's desires and then using the "wisdom" authority to instill memories, it was even possible to turn someone else into another version of oneself. With such capability, gaining control over a person's adoration must also be a piece of cake.
