In the afternoon, at Rose Iron Prison, within the warden's office.
Prison head Flandre knocked on the door and said, "Warden, it's time."
Aiden opened his eyes on the office lounge chair, glanced at the wall clock, and immediately propped up his sluggish body: "Come in."
Since returning to the prison, Aiden had gone to his office to catch up on sleep. To avoid oversleeping, he had specifically instructed Flandre to bring the review documents at a set time and also wake him up.
Flandre opened the door to find Aiden sleepily rubbing his face with his hands.
"I haven't seen you since yesterday afternoon, did you stay up all night?" Flandre inquired.
"Pretty much," Aiden replied, sitting up in his office chair.
"Don't waste your health just because you're young," Flandre advised. "If you develop some ailment, you'll regret it later."
Aiden laughed, "You must've worked very hard when you were young, right Flandre?"
