"Inspect the items brought into the prison?" Standing outside the infirmary, Veronica pointed at herself, slightly stunned.
"Yes, the items brought into the prison that day are inspected in the evening and then handed over to the prisoners at night. It's almost time now, I hope you can help with the check." Aiden nodded.
Prisoners in jail also receive items from the outside world. Most are brought in by the prisoners' families, some are purchased by the prisoners themselves, and a small portion comes from donations from the outside world.
By regulation, all items must be checked by the prison guards, and items not meeting the requirements on the prison's acceptance list will not reach the prisoners' hands.
The duties assigned to Veronica were in the surveillance post and the riot squad; it was her first time being tasked with this sort of inspection job.
"Understood." Veronica responded and then asked, "Is there a shortage of staff for the inspections?"
