Pending tasks at home, opportunities for personal advancement, trading exotic materials and reaping rewards, buying equipment and materials for Advancement, gathering local intelligence for advancement opportunities, and showing off gains to other teams... often, the first week back was the most exhausting for Explorers, and that was under the premise of having returned safely.
