It was a beautiful little snake.

The only slightly supernatural feature was the small horn on its forehead, revealing its extraordinary nature.
The little snake hissed at its host and even licked his face while he was sleeping.

It coiled itself around half of Lu Ping'an's arm and hand, opened its mouth in the palm of his hand, and kept flicking its crimson little tongue.
This little guy actually had a surprisingly anthropomorphic gaze, full of yearning and closeness.
