The Flowing Universe, an A-level semi-plane that belongs to Ancient City University, isn't very big in size.
If we wanted to make a comparison that's easy to understand, the living area is about the equivalent size of three or four ten-story buildings stacked together, just like a small neighborhood.
But as the top semi-plane students can obtain, it's already considered quite impressive.
The accommodation section has twelve floors, having gone through a relatively complete modern renovation, it can comfortably accommodate a couple of hundred people.
However, this "resource base", acquired through so much effort, naturally has its unique features.
"Rule Facilities" is the biggest selling point of this kind of semi-plane, it could revise the "natural rules" of a certain level's small area.
