From a professional's perspective, Lu Ping'an is obviously a "2-tier" overachiever.
But how strong and talented he is remains uncertain... his actual overachievement comes from his absurdly powerful gear and his Talent Abilities.
The key is his Talent Abilities which allow him to manipulate "Life-points" beyond conventional boundaries. Using the Career Ability of a Gardener, he can produce a large number of "Magical Plants" that exceed his current tier.
When he was at 1-tier, he used 2-tier Magical Plants, and when at 2-tier, he used 3-tier Magical Plants. The fact that he does not have the difficulties and limitations that standard Gardeners face when cultivating Magical Plants, is the fundamental reason why he is an overachiever.
However, such advantages will probably end here.
