In Lu Ping'an's planning, the future Trading Land and Rebirth Club have an inseparable dual relationship.
The core members will only be those reliable "informed-persons". At present, those are committed members like Peace Dove, Black and White Claw, Captain, Old Fisherman, and so forth.
These people have their interests thoroughly tied together. Naturally, they are trustworthy "partners" with full access to internal privileges and benefits. In a sense, they are all "shareholders".
The outermost layer consisted of ordinary members who only knew about the "Trading Land", and were unaware of the "Rebirth Club and Chamber of Commerce".
Although their credit level will increase over time, some things will remain constant. A customer will always be a customer and they could never become partners.
