Various monsters like Achilles, gryphons, double-headed dogs, which Lu Ping'an had only seen in the Codex, or even never heard of, were brought onto the battlefield, either from some Secret Realm or through the Black Market channels.
Just like that original Achilles, which had gone through the years to break through the bottleneck, transforming from a "trash mob" into a "mid-level BOSS," all the beasts now in front of them, were the kind of constantly evolving, even mutating, super species.
Lu Ping'an could feel that each of their strength was no less than that of the original Achilles.
