In the beginning, the "Long Hand Clan's Spear Throwers" established by Lu Ping'an were, in some sense, a makeshift reduced template of javelineers and the gunner system profession.
If it were humans trying to learn and master it, they might not even compare to an ordinary Lancer, but for the "investment-proficient" physical form of the Long Hand Clan, it could reach an explosive force above 2-tier.
