"I'll fire you basketball head!"
"You too bigfoot!"
"And don't think I didn't see you fucking flat nose!"
"I'll have my daddy fire all of you!"
Hyun-Min's eyes squeezed shut as more memories of the former Hyun-Min came back to him. He couldn't believe how the original Hyun-Min was. The beauty whose voice should have been an intoxicating tone to hear had become a squeaky annoying voice to others because of the rubbish it always spewed.
He came back to wonder if the original Hyun-Min had shit for brains. As Soo-Min she couldn't fathom what was going through her mind when she created this character. But then again she never gave the character depth so she was surprised to discover so many things about Hyun-Min now that she was in his body.
It turned out that Hyun-Min would truly be a forgettable character wherever he went if it were not because of his smelling attitude. He could not stop thinking of why the original Hyun-Min was like that. Honestly speaking Hyun-Min was one of the prettiest men you could ever see in real life, he had beautiful blonde hair, with alluring mocha colored eyes, and cream like milk skin. Perhaps it was because he was a Cannon Folder but people always disregarded wherever he went. Even the other Cannon Folder- Melanie Wester attracted people with her fake innocent attitude and her beautiful features.
Maybe it was just a Hyun-Min thing?
But these thoughts were the least of his problems. The original Hyun-Min had caused a ruckus wherever he went as if he was cursed. He has so many enemies and after discovering the Hidden Enemy option he was paranoid as to who was his Hidden Enemy. It had already gone so far into the plot where he began to stalk the world's Villain- JeiMi in the name of finding out if JeiMi was responsible for Junior Park's death.
Junior Park was Jong-soo' little brother; Park Jeongguk. Almost midway into the plot Jeongguk was shot a few weeks before the Yearly Party. As Soo-Min she couldn't remember the plot twist that wrapped around Jeongguk's death or it's connection to the storyline but she distinctly remember Hyun-Min had blamed JeiMi and even went as far as stalking him to discover the truth in a bid to win Jong-soo' love. It was his stalking that caused him to discover JeiMi's plans to kill Jong-soo in which he had arrived on time to save Jong-soo for the price of his legs.
"Sorry….!" Hyun-Min spurted out as his body collided with someone else on his way towards the cafeteria line.
The words choked in his throat upon seeing the figure of a tall female. She had a slim shape, piercing smart eyes, striking features that unlike the FL's which was flawless, hers was simply a put together flaw.
Hyun-Min didn't recognize this character before until the image of a card beside the female appeared. The white card had the female's face imprinted on it and written under the image was–
Lu Kelsie
A Chinese born heiress of the Lu dynasty
18 years of age
Supporting character to Female Lead
Lu Kelsie was a Chinese heiress to the Lu dynasty. She was also the best friend to Juliana Peruz, the Female lead. Lu Kelsie played an important role in I Caught A Love Bug by introducing Juliana to Jong-soo in the first place. Kelsie later went on to protect Juliana from Melanie's bashing which was instigated by JeiMi.
It was safe to say that Kelsie was Juliana's loyal guard dog.
Hyun-Min blinked. He had not expected that suddenly. Could this also be from his System?
'System? Is this your doing?'
Hyun-Min had not received the reply he had been expecting. Instead he was startled by the death glare sent to him by the Supporting Character Lu Kelsie.
"You're Shin Hyun-Min right?" Came the clipped words of Lu Kelsie.
As a former female the current Hyun-Min could simply harumph while being taken aback by the hatred coming off of her. He could already tell that whatever this Lu Kelsie was hiding under was a mere cover– she was obviously envious of Hyun-Min for some reason.
"What is it to you?" He replied to the question with the same amount of animosity sent towards him.
This female was only 18 while Kim Soo-Min herself had been twenty three before she was betrayed by her sister. The soul in Hyun-Min's body was her elder sister! Where was this child's respect?!
Of course Hyun-Min could not say these words aloud, simply giving the teen the look a senior aunty would give their junior.
"I just wanted to see if you look satisfied after what you did. Bet you feel disgusting yeah?"
Hyun-Min frowned before speaking. "Stop talking trash and wash your filthy mouth brat," Hyun-Min had spurted out without meaning to.
It was just that he was busy thinking of how to gather the pieces of his shambled life so he would not end up with broken legs and this side character was distracting with insults.
In her former life she had been a teen too so why were the children in this novel different? Why did all of them have rotten attitudes like this? Surely she couldn't have written such characters.
Hyun-Min saw Kelsie's eye twitch at his reply and then….
—Congratulations! Host has gained his first penalty! Because the host has unintentionally caused a stir of negative emotions in others, the host has been penalized and one point has been deducted from the host's Brownie Points.
Now it was Hyun-Min's eye that twitched. What kind of System was this? He should have known something was not right when he found out the System was called the Love Bug System. Other Transmigrators received Systems like Tyrannical demon ranking System? Wargod Podium? Heaven defying System? What was the Love Bug System? Was it that Hyun-Min was too much of an all round rotten character that the heavens decided to give the soul that Transmigrated into his body such an embarrassment?
He was even penalized for hurting someone's feelings?! Back in his life as a female he was a renowned face-slapper who blurted whatever came to mind without fear. With such an attitude, how was he supposed to use the System? Within a space of five minutes when talking to someone in this book he would lose all his Brownie Points!
"I mean feel free to speak whatever trash you want to?" It came out stranger than he had wanted it to be.
Kelsie's look was slowly turning into one of uncomfortableness instead of hate.
— +1 negative emotions towards the host, -1 Brownie Point.
What?! Was the girl secretly out to rob him of his Points?! Why was she releasing negative emotions like tap water? He had said she could continue talking trash right?
Lu Kelsie finally opened her mouth to speak to him once again only to find the back of Hyun-Min facing her. The blonde boy had begun walking away from her.
She became suddenly aware of the goosebumps all over her skin as heat coiled in her stomach. She never knew she could find someone as irritating as she found him. Before his character was disgusting but now he had added annoying to the list.
—+1 negative emotions towards the host, -1 Brownie Point.
Hyun-Min felt his milk skin go pale as he glanced back and yelled. "Would you stop thinking about me?!"
Lu Kelsie flinched….. Could it be that she had been talking to a mentally unstable person just now? She felt like it was not far off considering Hyun-Min's dramatic behavior then and now his strange replies.
Hyun-Min trekked away from the school's cafeteria. He could not understand what was the girl's problem. Was it her issues with the former Hyun-Min that was causing her to pour sand in his soji?
He would have to stay away from her if he wanted to prevent being bankrupt of his Brownie Points. He was not fully sure of their uses but he had seen their potential.
As Hyun-Min was concluding that Lu Kelsie must be one of those Hidden Enemies the System spoke of, seeing the way she was unconsciously bankrupting him, his legs bumped into something.
He stopped and looked down at a pathetic little boy on the ground shuddering while looking up at someone else.
"Boss! Boss please!"
People were watching the scene without any thoughts of interfering.
"Who the fuck is this one?"
From the original Hyun-Min's memory the voice sounded very familiar. In Fact he could have sworn his heart jumped in fear at the voice.
Huh?
