"Excuse me," she stood up and bowed. Even though she had always followed Toa Fen, she was still too formal with her; she was never herself. In this instance, she left hurriedly towards the vending machine and inserted a coin; the soft drink dropped. She picked it up and cautiously hid it in her chest as she left. She was furtive and spooked; every single approaching moment felt like the breath of death to her.
"What is wrong with her," Lan Mei spoke with disbelief; she couldn't just believe that Boazhai Dayu woke on the other side of the bed today. She had never bothered herself acting before, so Lan Mei felt it was unusual of her. But she couldn't do anything about it.
Seeing the quickly fading Boazhai Dayu, Toa Fen found it hard to place her finger around it. "I don't know." Toa Fen answered; still confused by her action, she thought more. However, it is not difficult to predict her activity. Dayu was simple-minded, after all. So guessing her thought was the same as smiling because it was starkly easy. Toa Fen thought: perhaps, she could not bear him suffering!
'Suffering, huh!' Toa Fen churned through her thought concisely. 'But what do I feel for him?' She asked herself, hoping to get some miraculous explanation which heaven couldn't even provide her even if she died ten times. Again she thought, 'but basically, I do not know? I only know that I feel frustrated that he used me to solve his financial and other monetary problems. However, I am not enraged or mad at him. I could have done it for him if I existed as his boss, but he became my boss instead. I can't consider these things now—not the actions or reactions. But why did I feel a pang of jealousy just now? I could probably guess where my stupidity is heading, but should I nurture the thought? Am I even allowed to nurture it? In any case, it feels refreshing seeing him suffer a bit—but only a bit because I don't have a strong desire to see him suffer. But after all, he made me run crazy errands for him.'
...
My suffering continued like heaven swore on my destiny. The so-called heaven had eaten his last bit of emotion. Because how could he (of all things) allow that crazy goat, Jian He, to have his way in my life? Not to mention that ungrateful lout, gods-mind; they all plan to shut me down. Just wait for me to purge you all. I will stop at nothing until you—
"Brother Guang Fang!"
Just as I complained my mouth to sore, I heard my name. It sounded much better than usual. And from the timid and stammering voice, I knew just who would be kind enough; I was an ostrich, and my mind could differentiate reality from dream.
Then my gaze fell on her; she instantly avoided my eye with a sharp blush. "Yo! Dayu. Can you permit me to call you Dayu?" I said with a shameless smile. Not waiting for her response, I requested yet another shameless one: "it would be heart soothing if you call me Fangyi from now."
She looked at me unbelievably; Boazhai Dayu couldn't understand why she felt unstrained around a hooligan like me; it made her consider many things silently. However, she nodded in approval. I gave her a thumped-up. I knew that decision cost her a lot of courage. But I didn't mind much because I wanted her to become courageous so that she could deter those mindless ghouls for me. At the very least, she could confide in me more.
"I bought you drinks and food. I don't know if you will like it," the shy girl hesitated, her eyes wandering off. I swore she would hide away from the world if anyone gave her a chance. However, I've got the whole gist. So I shamelessly abandoned my ragged and stubborn waste container and held Dayu's wrist.
"Why would I mind? You are my only savior in the world full of terrible people." I said seriously. But she blushed in confusion, not knowing how to react next—she became bemused. When I saw she was about to exhaust the whole of the oxygen in her brain only to maintain her sanity, I sighed within me and took the stuff she bought me feverishly. I couldn't understand the labor that Jian He had stimulated me to do. I will pay him slowly.
"Thank you, Dayu." I smiled harmlessly at her; I continued: "that is so kind of you. Let me announce something now that I have the time and right opportunity." I succeeded in perking up Boazhai Dayu; she unreservedly cocked her ears to hear my following sentence. I wanted to tease a little but realized I might murder someone due to too much anxiety. So, I just went with the flow: "You look cute in your winter clothing." She almost twirled her head before she heard the words. But her interest and expectations dropped when she listened to the passing echo. I could see it from her eye. Perhaps, she thought too importantly about the things I wanted to say. Regardless, she intended to run away after hearing me, but I held her back; I pulled with slight force, and we unintentionally hugged. By now, Boazhai Dayu just wanted to faint; her breathing became sharp and fast. But who was she running from anyway? Seeing no other escape from me, she sat even though she looked like a war victim. Still, we pulled through as she occasionally squeezed out smiles. After I stopped eating, I smiled with the satisfaction of a dungeon lord. So to ease the awkwardness, we played games together. At this moment, her game skills had grown a lot. It satisfied me; she was capable of learning after all. She only needed a confidence boost, which I would give her soon.
As we played further, her smile became more audacious; however, my phone rang, cutting off the jubilee in the middle.
"Hello, Guang Fang," I had a cold voice immediately after I picked up the phone. This voice called my name like I was some nefarious demon. Had I known, I would have put the phone in a do-not-disturb-me mood.
"Hello!" I mumbled with dissatisfaction.
"Come to my dorm now," retorted that voice.
"I'm busy! You choose another...."
"Let's play again later, Fangyi," Dayu said with a soft and shaky voice; she stood an ran away, to my regret.
....
I walked to a door and rang the door alarm, and after a while, someone opened the door; the person invited me in. The room appeared synonymous with the pink world. This compartment happened to be Li Min's room. She wore a white thermal underwear suit with room footwear; she sat on her bed, which had pink ruffled bedding. Similarly, she offered me to sit on one of the vanity chairs, but it had no mirror support. Looking at everything before me, I could understand how rich a life the vixen had lived. But the most remarkable thing was that she lived an unrestrained and better life. But what did this Virago want this time? Why did she invite me alone to her room? According to the stories (of course, I don't pay gossip attention), I heard that no one had visited this compartment. I felt a lump in my throat because I had a nagging feeling. They say women were the most dangerous (they have no equal); would I lose my sinless soul to limbo?
"This is your first time coming to my room, aren't you afraid?" She teased me.
Well, it all depended on her part of fear conjugation. What kind of fear was she saying, really? Was she going to rape me or what? Maybe another one of her blackmails? In any case, this girl shouldn't court death. I, in fact, hated it when people acted willfully around me, not to mention when they felt they were in control.
"Do I have a reason to be afraid?" I fiendishly smiled because it would be amazing to see what she planned this time. "Anyway, cut the crap and make your intentions clear; I don't have time for your boring games. Else, I will leave by myself." I huffed. I think it was time to take care of this ghost. I will also demand today's account. You wait! What is her deal, anyway?
"No, no... I just thought it would be best to know your confident state since you are alone in a girl's room." She smiled.
This girl had become more chatty these days. Perhaps, her silent arrogant aura had faded, or it was not just effective before me. Also, her smiling Had become rather unusual.
"Why did you call me here? It will be troublesome if people start tracking your actions back to me. Secondly, it is already unusual for the top beauty and the top academically sound student to be hanging around a loafer like me," I forewarned.
This concept shouldn't be hard to understand, even for a fool; anyone with eyes could notice that something was suspicious. Also, once I am suspected, it would be troublesome to navigate through this school freely.
"Relaxed!" her reply was short. "I should offer you something." She stood lazily and stretched her body back and forth beside her bed. Her action protruded that lovely unfathomable breast and bosom hidden underneath her tightly fitted dress while her road-flat stomach was fantastic on display, exuding that unusual tantalizing feeling. If nothing, calling this lass perfect wasn't my misplaced adoration; she could charm the dead to life. Of course, her charm was different from the coquettishness of Xiu Ying. So I turned my eyes away against my will; she furtively smiled, thinking I couldn't get enough. At least for the first time, she confirmed her beauty had an effect on me.
